Richard W. Spears brings more than 28 years of architectural experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, medical, and institutional projects. His career has included work as a project architect and project manager within established firms, long-term collaboration with architects across the country, and decades of independent practice through Richard W. Spears Architect, Inc.
Experience & Approach
Richard’s work has involved nearly every phase of the architectural process, including programming, client consultation, multidisciplinary coordination, permitting, code compliance, construction documentation, consultant coordination, specifications, submittal review, and construction administration. His approach emphasizes direct communication, careful coordination, and practical problem-solving from the earliest project discussions through construction.
