Develop plans, layouts, form, materials, and the overall architectural direction.
4 — Construction Documents
Prepare detailed drawings for permitting, pricing, coordination, and construction.
05 — Permitting & Coordination
Coordinate with consultants and local authorities as required.
06 — Construction Support
Provide architectural guidance during construction when appropriate to the project.

Richard Spears brings more than 28 years of architectural experience across residential, commercial, hospitality, educational, medical, and institutional projects. His background includes work as a project architect and project manager within established firms, long-term collaboration with architects across the country, and decades of independent practice through Richard W. Spears Architect, Inc.
